1. Definitions
- Customer means any individual or entity that accesses the Website or places an Order.
- Order means a confirmed purchase of one or more Products via the Website.
- Products means shower enclosures, hardware, and related accessories offered on the Website.
- Services means delivery, installation, and any after‑sales support provided by Bathsy.
2. Scope & Acceptance
By accessing or using www.bathsy.in (the “Website”) or placing an Order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place any Orders.
3. Eligibility & Account Registration
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old.
Registration: To place an Order, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and up‑to‑date information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Products, Pricing & Payments
Product Descriptions: We endeavour to accurately display all Products. However, we do not warrant that product images, descriptions, or specifications are error‑free.
Pricing:
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but Orders already accepted will not be affected.
Payment Methods:
- We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other methods displayed at checkout.
- For custom or large orders, we may require a deposit or full advance payment.
- EMI or installment facility—if offered—will be subject to the terms communicated at checkout.
5. Order Processing, Acceptance & Cancellation
Order Confirmation: After placing an Order, you will receive an email confirmation at the address you provided.
Acceptance: All Orders are subject to acceptance by us; we may decline at our discretion (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing errors).
Cancellation by Customer:
- You may cancel a standard Product Order within 24 hours of placement without penalty.
- Custom Orders (e.g., bespoke enclosures) are non‑cancellable once fabrication begins.
Cancellation by Bathsy: We may cancel or refuse any Order if we suspect fraud, pricing error, or legal non‑compliance. In such cases, any amounts paid will be refunded promptly.
6. Delivery & Installation
Lead Time: Estimated at 7–21 business days from Order confirmation, depending on customization and location.
Site Readiness: You must ensure the installation site is clear, accessible, and meets any specifications we provide.
Delays & Rescheduling:
- We will notify you of any material delays.
- Repeated rescheduling by you may incur additional fees.
7. Return & Exchange, Refunds
Return & Exchange: Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details. In summary:
- Standard Products may be returned within 7 days in unused condition.
- Custom Products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds: Handled per our Refund Policy. Any approved refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
8. Warranty & After‑Sales Support
Warranty Coverage:
- Hardware: 10 years against manufacturing defects.
- Glass: 3 years against breakage or defects.
Exclusions: Damage due to misuse, improper installation by third parties, or natural disasters.
Claim Procedure:
- Email info@bathsy.in with Order details, photos of the issue, and your contact information.
- Our team will assess and guide you through repair or replacement.
9. General Obligations & Restrictions
You agree that you will not, and will not assist or enable others to:
- Use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Infringe Bathsy’s (or any third party’s) intellectual property or other rights.
- Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, trojan horses, or any malicious code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Website.
10. Unauthorised Transactions
- Bathsy is not responsible for any fraudulent or unauthorized transactions conducted through your account.
- You must promptly notify us if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or payment details.
11. Updates, Modifications & Availability
- We may update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Website (including content, features, or hours of availability) at our sole discretion and without notice.
- Bathsy will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Website.
