This document outlines the warranty coverage for your Bathsy products and provides essential care instructions to help you maintain their pristine condition and ensure their longevity.

Proper installation and maintenance, as detailed herein, are crucial for the validity of your warranty.

2. Bathsy Product Warranty

Bathsy offers a limited warranty on its shower enclosures and components against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  1. a) Warranty Period:
  • Hardware (Hinges, Handles, Brackets, Rollers, Channels, Support Bars, Screws, Gaskets): 10 Years
  • Glass (Toughened Safety Glass): 3 Years
  • Profiles (Aluminium/Stainless Steel Frames/Channels): 5 Years
  1. b) What the Warranty Covers:
  • Defects in materials (e.g., faulty alloy or tempered glass).
  • Defects in workmanship (e.g., misaligned components).
  • Structural integrity issues due to manufacturing flaws.

3. Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation or unauthorized service.
  • Misuse, physical damage, or abnormal use.
  • Improper cleaning with harsh chemicals or abrasives.
  • Normal wear & tear or discoloration due to age.
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations.
  • Damage from natural disasters (flood, fire, etc.).
  • Incidental or consequential damages.
  • Products not purchased directly from Bathsy or its authorized partners.
  • Labour costs for removal or reinstallation unless explicitly covered.

4. Making a Warranty Claim

To claim your warranty:

  1. Notify Immediately: As soon as a defect is noticed.
  2. Gather Details:
  • Full Name & Contact Info
  • Order ID / Invoice Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Description of the Issue
  • Clear Photos or Video

  • Assessment by Bathsy’s technical team.
  • Additional info/site visit may be requested.

  • Clean regularly after each use.

  • Profiles: Use soft cloth and mild detergent; avoid prolonged moisture.
  1. c) DON’Ts:
  • No abrasive pads, scouring agents, steel wool.
  • No acid/alkaline cleaners, bleach, thinners.
  • No sharp tools (e.g., knives) for scraping.
  • No excessive force on doors or panels.
  • Don’t leave residue or soap scum.
  • Avoid wax or silicone-based products.
